Eligibility and Age Requirement

User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Dhanith Trading, you are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account at all times.

Not share, transfer, sell, or allow others to use your premium subscription access

Notify Dhanith Trading promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Dhanith Trading may suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be involved in misuse, fraud, unauthorised access sharing, scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of support channels, or any other violation of these Terms.

Premium Tools and Subscription Access

Premium features on Dhanith Trading may include the Trading Journal, Intraday Stocks Scanner, Risk Management Tools, Market Calculators, Performance Analytics, and other educational tools made available through a subscription plan.

Access to premium features depends on your selected subscription plan
Usage limits such as scan limits, journal entry limits, or feature usage caps may apply per plan
Premium access is active for the duration of the paid subscription period only
Features, tools, limits, and interface designs may be updated, improved, added, or modified over time to improve the platform
Subscription access does not guarantee trading profits, performance improvement, or specific financial outcomes
Dhanith Trading may introduce new features, pricing tiers, or plan structures with reasonable notice

Payments, Billing, and Taxes

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase for the selected subscription tier.

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay or similar secure providers
Applicable taxes, GST, gateway charges, or service fees may be added where required by law
Dhanith Trading may update pricing, plans, billing cycles, or subscription offers from time to time
Payment confirmation may be required before premium access is activated on your account
Subscription billing may be one-time or recurring depending on the plan selected

Please review all payment details carefully before completing a transaction. Once payment is confirmed, it is processed through the selected payment gateway and is subject to the refund policy described below.

Refunds and Cancellations

As Dhanith Trading provides digital tools and subscription-based services, please read the following refund terms carefully before purchasing.

Subscription fees and digital tool access fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances: duplicate payment, accidental billing, technical failure preventing access to paid features due to platform-side issues, or billing errors
Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact page within [X days — update before publishing] of the original payment date
Dhanith Trading reserves the right to review and approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing cycles where recurring billing is enabled, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect

Refund requests submitted after [X days — update before publishing] from the payment date may not be eligible for review. Please contact us promptly if you believe you have a valid refund claim.

Trading Journal Terms

The Dhanith Trading Journal is a personal trade record-keeping, self-review, and performance analytics tool. By using the Trading Journal, you agree to the following:

The Trading Journal is provided for personal trade logging, self-review, and performance tracking purposes only
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all data you enter
Journal analytics and performance insights are generated from your own entered data and should not be treated as financial advice
Inaccurate or incomplete trade data entered by you may result in inaccurate journal analytics or performance summaries
You must not enter broker login passwords, UPI PINs, banking passwords, DEMAT account credentials, or any sensitive financial security information into the journal
Dhanith Trading is not responsible for trading losses, financial decisions, or outcomes based on journal analytics or insights

Intraday Stocks Scanner Terms

The Intraday Stocks Scanner is an educational and analytical screening tool designed to help traders filter NSE stocks based on defined technical conditions and market data parameters. By using the scanner, you agree to the following:

Scanner results are based on predefined technical filters, data conditions, or user-set market logic and are not buy/sell trade signals
Scanner output does not constitute a recommendation to trade any stock appearing in results
Scanner results do not guarantee profitable trades, accurate entries, or successful trading outcomes
Scanner data may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, gaps, or errors from third-party data providers beyond our control
Technical screening conditions can produce false positives, miss valid setups, or fail under unusual market conditions
Users must conduct their own independent analysis, apply personal risk management, and make all trading decisions independently
Dhanith Trading is not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse outcomes arising from scanner usage

Risk Management Tools and Calculators Terms

Risk management tools, position size calculators, lot size calculators, market range calculators, and other financial estimation tools are provided for educational and self-learning purposes only.

All calculations are estimations based entirely on inputs provided by the user
Incorrect, inaccurate, or unrealistic user inputs will produce incorrect or misleading results
Calculator outputs do not account for all real-world variables including brokerage charges, GST, STT, exchange fees, slippage, or market impact
These tools must not be used as the sole or primary basis for real capital trading decisions
Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all calculation results before taking any action
Dhanith Trading is not responsible for financial losses arising from reliance on calculator or tool outputs

Prohibited Uses

By using Dhanith Trading, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose under applicable laws
Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing premium account access to other individuals or organisations
Copying, scraping, reproducing, redistributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from blog content, tools, or platform code without written permission
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from platform software or tools
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, databases, or platform infrastructure
Uploading, transmitting, or introducing malware, harmful code, viruses, or disruptive scripts
Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to overload, mirror, or extract data from the platform
Abusing customer support channels with false claims, spam, or dishonest requests
Misrepresenting Dhanith Trading content as personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade calls
Using the platform to provide unauthorised financial advisory, investment advisory, or brokerage services to others

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and technology available on the Dhanith Trading platform are protected by intellectual property rights.

The Dhanith Trading brand name, logo, tagline, and visual identity
Platform design, user interface, and user experience elements

Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Dhanith Trading content or technology without prior written permission. Limited personal use for private, non-commercial learning is permitted where not otherwise restricted.

Users who wish to close their own account may submit a deletion request through the Contact Page. Account deletion will be processed subject to technical, legal, and billing limitations.
