Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any Dhanith Trading premium tools or subscription plans.

Dhanith Trading provides digital educational tools including Trading Journal access, Intraday Stocks Scanner, Risk Management Tools, Market Calculators, Performance Analytics, and subscription-based services. All refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with this policy.

Dhanith Trading offers digital premium tools and subscription-based access to educational trading features. Because access to digital services is often activated immediately or shortly after payment, all purchases are generally considered final unless they fall within the eligible conditions described in this Refund Policy.

This policy applies to all paid plans, subscriptions, and premium features offered under Dhanith Trading, including but not limited to:

  • Trading Journal access and analytics
  • Intraday Stocks Scanner and scan usage
  • Risk Management Tools and position size calculators
  • Market Calculators and performance analytics
  • Any other premium educational tools or paid plan features

By completing a payment on Dhanith Trading, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Digital Subscription Access

Dhanith Trading premium services are entirely digital in nature. Once a user receives access to premium tools, journal features, scanner usage, analytics, calculators, or any paid content, the subscription is considered activated.

Subscription fees are paid in exchange for access to tools and educational utility — not for trading outcomes, market results, trading profits, or investment returns. The value of a subscription lies in access to structured learning tools, performance tracking features, and analytical capabilities.

Premium access to Dhanith Trading tools does not guarantee any improvement in trading performance, profitability, win rate, or financial outcome. Users are responsible for applying the tools appropriately and making their own independent trading decisions.

No Refunds Based on Trading Results

Dhanith Trading does not provide refunds based on trading losses, missed trade opportunities, scanner results, market conditions, lack of profit, personal expectations from the stock market, or dissatisfaction with trading outcomes.

  • The Intraday Stocks Scanner is an educational and analytical tool — scanner results are not buy/sell signals and do not guarantee profitable trades
  • The Trading Journal is a self-review tool — journal analytics do not guarantee trading improvement or profitability
  • Risk management calculators provide estimations only — results depend entirely on user inputs
  • All content and tools are for educational purposes only as described in our Disclaimer
  • Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions, capital allocation, and risk management

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests may be reviewed and considered only in the following specific circumstances. All cases are subject to verification and review by Dhanith Trading before any approval is issued.

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same plan, subscription tier, or transaction within the same session or billing cycle.

Payment Deducted — Access Not Activated

If your payment was successfully processed but premium access was not activated on your account due to a platform-side error.

Wrong Plan Activated by Platform

If the Dhanith Trading platform activates a different subscription plan from the one you selected and paid for.

Unresolvable Technical Access Issue

If a platform-side technical problem prevents you from accessing the paid features you subscribed for, and Dhanith Trading is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Verified Accidental Double Charge

If a confirmed accidental double billing is verified through payment records and platform logs after review.

Submitting a refund request for one of the above cases does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed individually based on payment records, access logs, and account activity before a decision is made.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed all product information and this policy before completing a purchase.

  • User changed their mind after purchase
  • User forgot to use the subscription during the billing period
  • User did not log in or access the platform after subscribing
  • User expected guaranteed profit or trading success from tools
  • User misunderstood educational tools as personalised financial advice or trade signals
  • User was unhappy with scanner results, market movement, or trading outcomes
  • User entered incorrect information in calculators, journal, or scanner settings
  • User bought the wrong plan by their own mistake
  • User violated the Terms and Conditions of the platform
  • User shared, resold, transferred, or misused premium account access
  • Subscription period has already fully expired
  • Refund request submitted outside the eligible refund request window

We strongly encourage users to explore any available free trial, review all product information, and read our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

If your Dhanith Trading subscription includes automatic recurring billing, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewal charges.

  • Cancellation stops future billing cycles from renewing
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund the current active billing period
  • Your premium access remains active until the end of the current paid period following cancellation
  • For non-recurring or manually renewed plans, access remains active until the plan expiry date without further action required

Free Trial Policy

If Dhanith Trading offers a free trial period for any premium feature or subscription plan, the trial is provided to allow you to evaluate whether the platform, Trading Journal, Intraday Scanner, tools, and educational features are suitable for your needs before committing to a paid plan.

  • Free trial access is provided for evaluation purposes only
  • Feature availability during a trial period may be limited compared to a full subscription
  • Once a free trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription
  • If you choose to subscribe after a trial, payments are subject to this Refund Policy in full
  • Free trial periods are not extendable unless explicitly stated by Dhanith Trading

We encourage you to use any available trial period to fully evaluate the tools before subscribing. Once a paid subscription is activated, the refund terms on this page apply.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Dhanith Trading may offer the ability to upgrade or downgrade subscription plans depending on available platform features and payment system capabilities.

  • Upgrade pricing, prorated billing, or plan adjustment rules will depend on the payment system and plan structure in place at the time
  • Plan downgrades may take effect from the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated
  • No automatic refund is guaranteed for unused days remaining on a downgraded plan
  • Refunds for unused days may be considered only if explicitly approved by Dhanith Trading on a case-by-case basis
  • Plan changes should be requested through the Contact page or support email with your account details

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under the eligible cases described above, please contact Dhanith Trading through the Contact Page or by emailing support@dhanith.com within the eligible request window.

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Full name registered on the account
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Date of payment
  • Payment amount
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Name of the subscription plan purchased
  • Clear reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot or documentary proof of payment if available

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review. Incomplete requests — those missing required payment information — may be delayed or declined.

Refund Review Process

After receiving a refund request, Dhanith Trading may review the following to evaluate eligibility:

  • Payment records and transaction history from the payment gateway
  • Subscription activation status and access logs on your account
  • Premium tool access records and feature usage data
  • Technical issue reports and platform error logs if applicable
  • User account activity and login history
  • Terms and Conditions compliance history for the account

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. The review process is thorough to ensure fair handling for all users. Dhanith Trading reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after review.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund may be processed within [5–10 business days — update before publishing] from the date of approval. Actual time to reflect in your account may vary depending on the following:

  • The payment gateway used for the original transaction
  • Your bank or card issuer processing time
  • UPI provider or digital wallet processing time
  • Business days, weekends, and public holidays
  • Third-party payment processor schedules

Payment gateway service charges, transaction fees, or applicable taxes deducted at the time of original payment may be non-refundable where they have already been processed by the gateway or payment provider.

Payment Gateway Processing

Payments and refunds on Dhanith Trading may be handled through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or similar providers. These gateways operate independently and process transactions according to their own terms and timelines.

  • Dhanith Trading is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI providers, or third-party payment processors
  • Refund timelines provided by Dhanith Trading are estimates and may be affected by gateway and banking processing times
  • For unresolved payment issues related to the gateway, users may also need to contact their bank or payment provider directly
  • Dhanith Trading does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or banking passwords

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern or believe you have been charged incorrectly, we strongly encourage you to contact Dhanith Trading support directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

  • Most genuine billing issues can be resolved promptly through our support team
  • Chargebacks should be a last resort after direct communication with Dhanith Trading has failed
  • Raising a chargeback without first contacting support may result in delays and additional complications

Fraudulent, false, or abusive chargeback claims may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of premium account access, restriction from future purchases on the platform, and potential legal action where applicable.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Dhanith Trading may update or revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our subscription model, payment systems, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions of this policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Dhanith Trading services after the posting of an updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes affecting active paid users, we may also provide notification through account email communications where reasonably practicable.
